Connecting to Exchange

EFS Mobile uses Outlook web access & WebDAV to access your Exchange E-Mail service. Ensure you have WebDAV enabled on your Exchange server's IIS service.

Domain-Based Access

The system will attempt to connect to exchange using the format [username]@[DOMAIN]. Therefore, if your user's autenticate using the domain mycompany.local but their e-mail address is username@mycompany.com, you must ensure exchange will accept e-mail for the user's alias username@mycompany.local

Generally, this is a standard configuration for Exchange, but sometimes domain login usernames will differ from the exchange mailbox, so aliases are required.
